At Jim O’Neal Ford, we believe proper maintenance of a Ford vehicle can offer long-term reliability.

We recommend maintenance during seasonal change. This can prepare your Ford vehicle for summer road trips or icy winter roads.

Below, we go into more detail on best maintenance practices for your Ford vehicle. If you are not a D.I.Y. type, or simply do not have the time or tools to do some or all of the following maintenance tasks, Jim O’Neal Ford can service your vehicle.

Why Regular Maintenance Matters

Proactive maintenance can extend the life of your vehicle, so it can be useful to think of maintenance as an investment in the longevity of your vehicle.

Routine maintenance can be an upfront investment for avoiding costly repairs down the line.

At Jim O’Neal Ford, our service technicians understand your vehicle inside and out, providing the kind of specialized care you can’t always get at a general repair shop.

Summer Maintenance Checklist for Ford Owners

  • Air Conditioning System Check: High temperatures and malfunctioning air conditioners don’t mix well. Test your system for cooling efficiency, replace any cabin air filters for better air quality and flow, and check for refrigerant leaks.
  • Tire Inspection and Pressure Check: Hot pavement takes a toll on tires, especially underinflated tires. Check tread depth to prevent blowouts, get a tire rotation, and monitor tire-pressure levels
  • Battery Health Assessment: Just like winter cold, summer heat can be taxing on the battery. Test the battery for charge retention and inspect terminals for corrosion to see whether a replacement is necessary.
  • Fluid Top-Offs and Replacements: Fluids keep the engine cool and lubricated. Check coolant levels and the mix of antifreeze and water; inspect and top off engine oil, transmission fluid, brake fluid, and windshield washer fluid; look for leaks under the vehicle.
  • Brake Inspection: Inspect brake pads, rotors, and calipers; listen for squealing or grinding noises; check that brake-fluid levels are within the safe range.
  • Wiper Blades and Lighting Systems: Replace worn or streaky wiper blades; test headlights, brake lights, and turn signals.
  • Emergency-Kit Check: The trunk should have jumper cables, a flashlight, first-aid supplies, as well as bottled water and snacks if you will be on a road trip; include phone chargers and portable battery packs; check that the spare tire is properly inflated and that the jack works.

From AI-assisted driving to connected ecosystems that redefine the driver experience, the road ahead is smarter, safer, and more intuitive. As innovation accelerates, one question resonates across the showroom floor at Jim O’Neal Ford: What’s next for Ford?

This blog considers some key automotive-tech trends shaping the future of Ford.

Smart Dashboards: Driving Intelligence to the Front Seat

Dashboards will still retain plenty of analog gauges and buttons, while also integrating smart-dashboard features. These merge real-time data, A.I., and intuitive interfaces to elevate the driving experience.

Sizable touchscreen displays powered by SYNC® 4 and SYNC® 4A, drivers get conversational voice commands, real-time traffic and weather updates, and cord-free access to phone connection through services like Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™.

Down the Road

Ford is exploring even larger, more interactive displays and augmented-reality HUDs (Head-Up Displays) that can overlay navigation instructions directly onto the windshield, keeping drivers’ eyes in the direction of the road.

Connected Vehicles: The Car as a Digital Ecosystem

“Connected vehicles” communicate with the cloud, other vehicles, infrastructure, and your personal devices. For Ford, this connectivity is transforming how vehicles operate and interact with the world around them.

FordPass® Connect, available in many new Ford models, is a major step in this direction. It enables remote-vehicle start, location tracking, fuel-level monitoring, and even remote locking, all from a smartphone app.

V2X and the Future of Interconnectivity

Ford is investing in Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) communication. This means Ford vehicles will soon be able to “talk” and “listen” to traffic lights, other vehicles, and other relevant technologies.

V2X can help not just the drivers, but also the cars anticipate road conditions and hazards before a serious issue occurs.

This could enable scenarios like:

  • Adaptive speed control based on traffic signals.
  • Collision avoidance through real-time vehicle-location sharing.
  • Live route optimization based on road closures or congestion.

The promise of this technology to effectively prevent accidents has made it highly attractive to regulatory bodies like the Department of Transportation that oversee traffic safety.

A.I. Driving Aids: Smarter, Safer Navigation

Ford’s investment in driver-assist technologies has already yielded powerful systems like Ford Co-Pilot360™, a safety suite including blind-spot monitoring, lane-keeping assist, rear-view camera, among other features.

BlueCruise is Ford’s hands-free highway driving system. Unlike traditional adaptive cruise control, BlueCruise allows true hands-free driving on pre-qualified “Blue Zones” across North America.

This involves:

  • Advanced cameras
  • Radar sensors
  • High-definition maps
  • Driver-facing cameras to ensure alertness

This is Ford’s big step toward autonomous driving.

The Era of the Electric Vehicle (EV)

Ford has already made significant strides in electric vehicles. The Mustang Mach-E line, F-150 Lightning, and line of E-Transit™ cargo vans are just the beginning of its plans for electrification.

That includes a recent expansion of the nearby Ford Louisville Assembly Plant to prepare for EV production.

These vehicles are equipped with electric powertrains and advanced digital capabilities—over-the-air (OTA) updates, mobile app controls, and even bi-directional charging, allowing your truck to power your home in a blackout.

Batteries, Charging, and A.I. Optimization

Future Ford EVs are expected to feature:

  • Solid-state batteries for longer range and faster charging.
  • Connected Navigation EV Routing for A.I.-based route planning, taking into account charging-station availability and battery health.
  • Vehicle-to-grid (V2G) tech, allowing cars to return energy to the power grid, which helps balance local electricity use during peak hours.

Voice Assistants and Natural-Language Interfaces

Natural-voice interaction is a trend Ford is embracing in its newest models.

Integrated with Amazon Alexa and enhanced voice recognition software, Ford’s vehicles can take a range of verbal commands.

You can adjust climate controls or open the windows, request news or play an audiobook, or even add items to an Amazon shopping list.

Personalized Driving Experiences

Cars with this kind of tech will surely be able to gather plenty of data about drivers beyond just their seat settings. Music taste, driving-skill strengths and weaknesses, preferred climate controls, and the like will personalize the driving experience.

Ford already offers Driver Profiles that remember drivers’ preferences and behavior. Whether you share a car with family or drive multiple Fords (like fleet vehicles), the car could automatically adjust itself to feel just right the moment you get in.

Safety First in the 2025 Lineup

Though there is a trend among auto makers to allow drivers to control most things from the digital instrument cluster, vehicle interiors often benefit from leaving certain physical buttons intact.

Updated safety guidelines from EuroNCAP (European New Car Assessment Programme) has led to a shift back to physical car buttons. EuroNCAP played its hand well here by disqualifying from a coveted five-star safety rating in Europe any vehicle that does not have buttons, dials, or stalks for windshield wipers, SOS calls, the horn, hazard lights, and indicators.

Though that is a European initiative, you can expect vehicles in the United States to reflect these new standards. The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) may also rate vehicles according to buttons.

As such, automakers across the industry are adapting to this new safety standard by updating in-car controls to include more buttons and less touchscreen dependency.

At Jim O’Neal Ford, we’re proud to offer 2025 models that prioritize driver safety and intuitive design, blending modern tech with timeless practicality.

The Rationale Behind the Return of Buttons

The main issue is that studies have indicated that touchscreen usage can end up making tasks like adjusting the radio time-consuming.

Consider the radio example. With mere knobs, you can readily keep your eyes on the road while fiddling the volume or channel knob to adjust to your liking. Whereas with a screen, you will likely need to look at the screen to first find the digital button, then make an adjustment.

Also, there is a lot more “infotainment” on a screen that could distract the driver, whereas a button is, well, just a button.

This can also shift some cost savings back to the driver because if the touchscreen malfunctions and needs repairing, essential features can still be operated with a button. Whereas the more features are touchscreen-only, the more essential it will be to fix the touchscreen to restore all of those features.

Ford’s Safety-Centric Redesign

January 2026 is when the EuroNCAP safety-rating update will take effect. The announcement was in 2024, so automakers have had time to update their designs accordingly.

Drivers of Ford vehicles know that Ford is well-equipped to meet these standards, as tactile controls have always been a mainstay of these vehicles even as tech has progressed.

Ford’s hybrid approach is still intact in the 2025 lineup, as can be seen in the 2025 Ford F-150’s interior

Why This Is Good News for Ford Drivers

With these new standards in place, drivers who prefer buttons can rest assured that Ford will continue to make buttons, dials, stalks, and other physical controls a priority in the interior’s design.

For drivers wondering how keeping these buttons in place could be beneficial, consider the following reasons:

  • Safety: For a given task, using a touchscreen-based system can require more time than pressing a physical button. Tactile controls can reduce distraction, which is a major cause of traffic accidents.
  • Muscle Memory and Intuition: Physical buttons allow for “eyes-free” operation thanks to muscle memory. When a driver becomes familiar with their car’s layout, they can make adjustments without looking down. This is nearly impossible with flat, non-tactile touchscreens.
  • Keeps Your Mind on the Road: Navigating through screen menus takes attention away from driving. Physical buttons for routine tasks can keep drivers focused and reduce mental fatigue on long drives.
  • Inclusivity for All Drivers: Not everyone is equally tech-savvy. For older drivers or those who simply prefer a more straightforward user experience, physical controls offer greater accessibility and confidence behind the wheel.

The EuroNCAP-spurred design shift could be seen as an affirmation of the design principle that if it is not broken, don’t fix it. Buttons’ functions can be digitally activated via touchscreen, but that does not necessarily mean that an improvement is in place.

And, as has been shown in studies, the promise of convenience in digital transformation does not always come to fruition, as drivers may spend more time manipulating a touchscreen than working a knob to get the exact same result.

Usability, safety, and greater driver satisfaction could result from the retention and restoration of physical buttons. At Jim O’Neal Ford, we understand that these are core features of a great driving experience, which is why we believe that physical buttons can keep Ford vehicles a great choice.

In April 2025, the Trump administration introduced a set of new auto tariffs, followed shortly by modifications meant to soften the impact. As of this writing, there are 25 percent tariffs on imported vehicles and automobile parts.

These tariffs affect the entire automotive industry, touching everything from production to pricing. Ford, however, manufactures many of its vehicles in the United States. All the same, the company estimated that tariffs will cost the company over a billion dollars in 2025.

Plus, not all Ford vehicles sold to U.S. Americans are made in the U.S.A., as a number are manufactured in Mexico. In this case, Ford plans on increasing pricing on some models of Mustang Mach-E electric SUVs, Maverick pickups, and Bronco Sport vehicles.

So, how will this affect customers at Jim O’Neal Ford? We cover that in this blog.

Ford Motor Company: From American, For America

Price hikes from tariffs are what put off many customers from coming into auto dealerships at this time, and Ford naturally anticipated this. That’s why on April 3, not long after the auto tariffs were announced, Ford announced its Ford Motor Company: From America, For America

The premise of this program is simple: offer employee pricing to all customers.

This program does not extend to every single model, however. For Ford vehicles, just 2025 and 2025 gas, hybrid, plug-in hybrid, and diesel vehicles are eligible for this employee pricing.

So, if you are a potential car-buyer in Indiana in 2025, what does this employee-pricing initiative ultimately translate to?

Think of it as like a discount on what the price could have been if Ford decided to price the vehicles purely in accordance with tariffs’ impact on costs.

When buying at a dealership like Jim O’Neal Ford, then a good-case scenario would be that you could get a car at a price that resembles a pre-tariff deal. That is, if you are buying a vehicle from the 2025 or 2024 model year.

How Long Does Ford Employee Pricing Last?

As of this writing, Ford has set July 6th, 2025 as the deadline for customers interested in getting a vehicle with the employee-pricing deal.

Tips for Buyers: How to Navigate the New Tariffs

  • Explore Financing Options: One of the best ways to offset the increased cost of a new vehicle is through financing. Jim O’Neal Ford offers financing options for buyers; you can read about our options here
  • Consider Leasing: If purchasing a new vehicle is currently out of reach for you, leasing can still be a good alternative. If you are someone who is generally interested in driving new vehicles, then leasing can be ideal, as you do not need to make a heavy investment in a single vehicle. Contact Jim O’Neal Ford for the latest information about our lease offers.
  • Check Out U.S.-Made Models: Some of Ford’s most-iconic vehicles are made in the U.S.A. This includes the best-selling F-150 line along with plus its Ford Super Duty line consisting of F-250, F-350, and F-450, some of which are even manufactured in the nearby Kentucky Truck Plant in Louisville, Kentucky. Certain models of Explorers, Rangers, Broncos, Escapes, Expeditions, and Transits are manufactured in the U.S.
  • Consider a Trade-In: With tariffs throwing a figurative wrench in manufacturing for many auto companies, your trade-in vehicle may be more valuable to dealerships like Jim O’Neal Ford, as keeping the lot full with competitively priced vehicles will be a priority. If you are dead-set on getting a new vehicle, then consider trading in your old one to bring the sale price down.
  • Stay Informed About Promotions: Keep an eye on ongoing promotions and offers. Jim O’Neal Ford will be adjusting pricing and incentives according to market conditions. Check in with us about limited-time offers, trade-in incentives, and other deals that can help you save money even as prices rise.

Jim O’Neal Ford is proud to offer the 2025 Ford Explorer at our dealership in Sellersburg, Indiana, near Louisville.

The latest iteration in this popular long-running line of best-selling SUVs comes with exciting updates. Ford has given the 2025 Ford Explorer a comprehensive redesign, both inside and out.

If you are in the Kentuckiana area and looking to check out the 2025 Ford Explorer, we can make that happen.

Below, we go into the standout features and enhancements that make this model a must-see if you are in the market for a new SUV.

Interior Fit for Family Life

Three rows, the backmost of which can fold down to afford drivers more cargo capacity, makes this an excellent choice for families.

A roomy storage shelf below the standard 13.2-inch LCD touchscreen with connectivity options, eight USB ports, three 12-volt power sockets, and an available wireless charging pad allows drivers to incorporate other technology. (More on the Ford Digital Experience below.)

The interior redesign includes surfaces soft to the touch, making the center console, door panels, and dashboard comfortable to interact with.

Third-row passengers do not need to climb cramped into the back row, instead merely touching a button to move the second-row seat.

A Redesigned Exterior That Stands Out

The exterior boasts a more refined and modern aesthetic.

Sleek updates to the grille, headlights, and taillights, give this SUV a bold look.

The black-painted roof contributes to the sporty aesthetic of this family vehicle.

A 119.1-inch wheelbase and broad overall look makes this vehicle a true SUV.

Advanced Tech in the Ford Digital Experience

The Ford Digital Experience infotainment system invovles connectivity software that can integrate with a variety of apps, including displaying Google Maps directly on the instrument cluster to provide real-time navigation without distraction.

The Ford Digital Experience also supports wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto for smartphone integration.

When parked, users can stream videos on YouTube or another provider and browse the Internet and even play games available on Google Play.

Performance and Efficiency: Powertrain Options

The base Active, ST-Line, and Platinum trims have a turbocharged 2.3-liter four-cylinder engine that delivers 300 horsepower and 310 lb-ft of torque.

The ST and Platinum trims come with the option of turbocharged 3.0-liter V6 engine offers 400 horsepower and 415 lb-ft of torque.

Standard 10-speed automatic transmission and rear-wheel drive (all-wheel drive is available), in combination with the 5,000-pound towing capacity.

The EPA rates fuel economy at 21 mpg city and 28 mpg highway for rear-wheel-drive models, with all-wheel drive decrementing mpg by 1 mpg. All-wheel-drive variants offer slightly lower figures but still provide commendable fuel economy for the segment.

Ready for the Long Haul

The true test of a family SUV is whether it can keep people comfortable and entertained throughout a long journey.

This vehicle certainly has the cargo capacity to accommodate family trips, especially with the third row folded down. Passenger volume is 63/56/36 cubic feet for the front, middle, and rear rows, respectively. Cargo volume behind those same rows is 85/46/16.

Some reviewers have noted, however, that the third row is best fit for younger children rather than older kids and adults

Second-row passengers enjoy heated seats and a redesigned dashboard provides front-row passengers with more space.

Advanced Safety Features

Standard advanced driver-assistance features include blind-spot monitoring, lane-departure warning, lane-keeping assist, automated emergency braking, and forward-collision warning.

An available BlueCruise hands-free driving system offers autonomous driving capabilities on compatible highways’ “Blue Zones”. This system includes features like lane change assist and in-lane repositioning, providing a more relaxed driving experience during long-distance travels.

Trim Levels

The 2025 Ford Explorer is available in several trims to cater to various preferences and budgets:

  • Active
  • ST-Line
  • ST
  • Platinum

Choosing between leasing and buying a Ford vehicle depends on an individual’s needs, budget, and long-term plans.

There are many vehicles at Jim O’Neal Ford for sale or lease, and we help guide customers weighing their options, considering the financial implications and lifestyle considerations factoring into the decision of whether to lease a Ford vehicle or buy a Ford vehicle.

What Does Leasing a Ford Vehicle Involve?

Leasing a Ford vehicle is like renting it for a fixed period, usually between two to four years.

Instead of paying full price, the driver pays for estimated depreciation. At the end of the lease term, returning the car to the dealership comes with the options of either leasing a new model or walking away.

Leasing can be preferable for those who like driving a new car every few years and prefer lower monthly payments.

Benefits of Leasing a Ford Vehicle

  • Lower Monthly Payments: Only paying for the depreciation of the car results in smaller payments. Anyone who wants to drive a new Ford vehicle while keeping monthly expenses manageable should consider leasing.
  • Always Drive a New Ford: Leasing allows you to drive a brand-new car every few years. New tech, improved safety features, and the assurance that your vehicle is covered under a warranty are perks.
  • Warranty Coverage: Many Ford vehicles come with a 3-year or 36,000-mile bumper-to-bumper warranty. If you lease you will likely be within the warranty period for the entire lease term. This includes coverage for most repairs, minimizing out-of-pocket costs for maintenance.
  • Option to Buy at the End of the Lease: Many lease agreements offer the option to buy the car at the end of the lease term. That flexibility is nice, along with the extended try-before-you-buy experience; in this way, a lease can be like a very-long test drive–one that you pay for, though. Knowing the condition of the car also makes it easier to assess its true value.

What Does Buying a Ford Involve?

When you buy a Ford, you pay the full price of the car (either upfront or through financing). Once the payments are completed, the vehicle is entirely yours. You’re free to keep it for as long as you like, sell it, or trade it in for a new model when the time comes.

Perks of Buying a Ford Vehicle

  • Full Ownership: Owning a car outright once the loan is paid off translates to no mileage limits, no restrictions on modifications, and no end date when for return. Freedom from monthly payments can be a huge financial relief.
  • No Mileage Limits: Driving a Ford vehicle as much as you want without worrying about penalties opens up possibilities for long road trips and weekend adventures, or just driving around with greater frequency.
  • Freedom to Customize: Whether adding a new sound system, installing a lift kit, or repainting the exterior, the Ford vehicle is yours to modify as you see fit.
  • Long-Term Cost Efficiency: Monthly payments will be higher than leasing, but buying a Ford vehicle can be more cost-effective in the long run. Paying off the car eliminates monthly payments so you can drive the car for many years with the financial commitment in the rearview.
  • Equity Building: Making payments on a car loan builds equity in the vehicle. When trading in the car or selling it down the road, the value you receive can be put toward a new purchase or financing.

Which Option Makes the Most Sense for You?

Below are some important questions to ask oneself to help guide the decision to lease or buy:

  • How often do you want a new car? If you enjoy having the latest model every few years, leasing might be the preferable option. If you are just fine with driving the same car for an extended period of time, then buying makes more sense.
  • How many miles do you drive annually? If you drive a lot, then buying will likely be the better choice. That is because leasing a car comes with mileage limits. Exceeding these limits can result in extra fees.
  • What is your budget? Leasing typically offers lower monthly payments, which may fit better into a budget oriented around keeping costs as low as possible in the short term or month-by-month basis. That being said, buying offers long-term savings once the car is paid off.
  • Do you like customizing your car? If personalizing your vehicle is important to you, then buying is the way to go. Since leasing generally doesn’t allow for modifications, you will be limited here.
  • Are you prepared for long-term maintenance costs? If you’re willing to take on maintenance costs after the warranty ends, buying a Ford vehicle might be ideal. If you prefer a worry-free experience, leasing could be a more appealing option.

As weather warms up and the days get longer, it pays to prepare your vehicle for the upcoming spring and summer driving season.

Changing seasons put different stresses on vehicles. Performing essential maintenance prevents issues and makes for a safer driving experience.

At Jim O’Neal Ford, we know the importance of keeping vehicles running in top condition. From tire rotations to oil changes and air-filter checks, we give a rundown of some important spring maintenance tasks.

Oil Change

Oil lubricates the engine’s moving parts, keeping those parts cool and reducing friction.

Over time oil breaks down and becomes less effective. Changing it regularly keeps engines running smoothly.

Spring is an ideal time to change oil because winter’s cold temperatures can be hard on an engine. That causes oil to thicken and work less effectively.

Check your vehicle’s manual for the manufacturer’s recommended oil-change intervals.

Tire Rotation

Uneven tire wear results in a rough ride, decreased fuel efficiency, and even premature tire failure.

Regular tire rotation helps distribute the wear evenly and keeps vehicles performing optimally.

Winter driving can be hard on tires, especially in snow and ice. In spring, check for signs of damage or excessive wear. When tires are worn down, consider replacements for improved safety and performance during warmer months.

Most manufacturers recommend rotating your tires every 6,000 to 8,000 miles.

Tire Pressure

As temperatures rise, air expands, and tire pressure can increase.

Underinflated or overinflated tires affect vehicles’ handling, braking, and fuel efficiency

Make sure to check tire pressure regularly to keep tires at the recommended levels.

Check tire pressure when tires are cold, preferably in the morning before driving, for an accurate reading. Consult your owner’s manual for the recommended tire pressure for your specific model.

Check Your Air Filters: Improve Engine Efficiency

Air filters keep dust, debris, and other contaminants out of the engine and cabin.

Dirt and debris can clog air filters, which can reduce fuel efficiency and even cause engine problems if left unchecked.

Spring brings an increase in pollen, dust, and other particles that can quickly clog air filters.

Warmer weather means air-conditioning systems will be working hard cooling the interior, so inspecting and replacing any dirty air filters can improve the engine’s performance and keep cabin air fresh.

If there is a decrease in fuel efficiency, engine performance, or air quality, it is time to replace the air filter.

Battery Inspection

Over time, especially after cold winter months, a vehicle’s battery can lose its charge. Checking the battery now can save you from being stranded later.

Temperature extremes are hard on car batteries. Cold weather can reduce battery capacity, and heat can accelerate wear

Checking the battery’s condition in spring ensures it’s fully charged and ready for the hotter months ahead.

Inspect the battery for any corrosion around the terminals, cleaning if necessary. If the battery is more than three years old and showing signs of wear, replace it before summer heat starts to puts strain on it and causes failure.

Check the Brakes

Brake pads wear down and brake fluid becomes contaminated.

Spring driving often means longer road trips, vacations, and increased travel. Ensuring that brakes are in optimal condition will give you peace of mind while you drive.

Unusual sounds such as squeaking or grinding when applying the brakes can indicate worn brake pads and other issues.

Examine the Cooling System

The radiator, coolant, and hoses work together to keep engines at the right temperature. Overheating can lead to severe engine damage, so it’s important to ensure your cooling system is in top shape.

After months of cold weather, the cooling system may need a little attention. Spring is a good time to check the coolant level, inspect hoses for leaks or cracks, and ensure the radiator is free from debris.

Check coolant levels and look for any signs of leaks around the radiator and hoses. If your coolant is old or low, have it flushed and replaced. Test the thermostat to ensure the cooling system functions efficiently.

Inspect Wiper Blades and Fluid

Spring brings the potential for rain, which means your wiper blades need to be in optimal condition. Worn-out wiper blades can leave streaks or fail to clear rain and debris properly, leading to reduced visibility.

Wiper blades with cracks, fraying, or other signs of wear, may need replacement.

Keeping windshield washer fluid full helps drivers maintain a clear view of the road.

Align the Wheels

Misaligned wheels can cause the vehicle to pull to one side, affecting steering and control. Uneven tire wear from poor alignment can also lead to costly replacements.

Potholes, curbs, and uneven terrain, all affect alignment.

Steering wheels pulling to one side and uneven tire wear are signs to get a wheel alignment done to restore handling and prevent further tire damage.

At Jim O’Neal Ford, we’re here to help you with all your spring maintenance needs. Schedule an appointment with us today, and let our certified technicians keep your vehicle in top shape. Happy driving this spring and summer!

This full-size SUV is engineered for adventure and offers incredible capacity without compromising comfort.

A max towing capacity of 9,600 pounds makes this vehicle fit for hauling heavier trailers and boats.

Interior Space and Comfort

Inside is a spacious three-row seating arrangement with generous legroom in both the second and third rows.

The eight cloth seats are power seats that can be adjusted eight ways for passengers and ten ways for the driver’s seat.

For families with a lot of gear, the cargo capacity is hard to beat, offering ample storage room behind the third row and even more with the seats folded down.

Safety Features

Ford Co-Pilot360® Assist+ technology includes adaptive cruise control, a 360-degree camera system, pre-collision assist with pedestrian detection, and enhanced active-park assist.

Entertainment Options

A 24″ panoramic instrument panel display and 13.2″ centerstack display are the start of the entertainment features. Fordpass™ Connect With 5G LTE Wi-Fi Hotspot and six speakers with speed-compensated volume offer excellent connectivity options.

Multimedia USB ports in the first row for smart charging keep you connected on the road.

Performance and Towing Capacity

With a towing capacity of up to 9,600 pounds, it can easily handle a camper or boat for extended vacations. And with its 3.5L Ecoboost® engine, you can count on plenty of power for both on-road and off-road adventures.

2025 Ford Bronco Sport: Adventure Meets Comfort

For families who crave adventure and comfort, the 2025 Ford Bronco Sport is a fantastic option. A more-compact SUV than the options above, the 2025 Ford Bronco Sport offers excellence in a smaller package.

Its 25 city mpg and 30 highway mpg are also draws for people looking for an SUV with good gas mileage.

Interior Space and Comfort

Automatic temperature control, eight cupholders, a wireless charging pad, and a center-floor console with armrest are some of the interior features that make the whole space comfortable for all passengers.

Safety Features

The Bronco Sport comes standard with a suite of advanced safety features, including Ford Co-Pilot360®, which provides lane-keeping assist, automatic emergency braking, and blind-spot monitoring. The available Ford Co-Pilot360® Assist+ includes additional features like evasive steering assist, making this a top contender for families who prioritize safety.

Entertainment Options

Ford’s SYNC® 4 system offers conversational voice-command recognition. You will have plenty of options for on-road entertainment with the AM/FM stereo with six speakers, SiriusXM capabilities, and FordPass Connect™.

With USB ports and available wireless charging, you won’t have to worry about anyone running out of battery during your journey.

Performance and Off-Road Capability

The 2025 Ford Bronco Sport stands out for its off-road capabilities, making it a great choice for families who want to explore beyond the paved roads. 225/65R17 102H All-Season Tires are standard, along with a 1.5L EcoBoost® Engine with Auto Start-Stop Technology and eight-speed automatic transmission.

With the G.O.A.T. Modes™ (Goes Over Any Type of Terrain), this SUV can handle rough terrain and varying weather conditions, giving families the freedom to take the scenic route on your road trip.
